Aug, 1948

The Osaki factory is established at the present site for the purpose of manufacturing and selling of the drilling machine and gimlet which are used for plumbing of gas and water service. 
Mr Satoru Osaki was inaugurated as the representative.
Mar, 1954

Changed the company name to Osaki Precision Tools Manufacture CO.,LTD

Mr Satoru Osaki was inaugurated as a President and Representative Director

Mr Maki Osaki and Mr Yoshimitsu Osaki were inaugurated as the board member.

Mr Seigo Maezawa was inaugurated as the company auditor
Dec, 1968 Mr Kazuo Osaki was inaugurated as the Executive Director
May, 1970 Got the 12nd Ota Prize of Japan Gas Association by development of Osaki style electric drilling machine with Tokyo Gas Copperation

Got the Certificate of Vocational Training Instructor of Tokyo Governor according to ｒegulation of the 3rd clause of Article 28 of a Vocational Training
Aug, 1978 Mr Kazuo Osaki was inaugurated as a President and Representative Director

Jun, 2005 Got the Technical Prize of Japan Gas Association by development of inner stopper ( 4 consecutive term )

Jan, 2006 Received the recognition  from The Ota Brand Promotion Conference, and registered with the Ota brand (registry number : No.0032)
Nov, 2006 Got The Encouraging Prize of "The 3rd Craftsmanship Personnel Training Grand-prix" is granted by the Governor of Tokyo
Jun, 2009 Got the Technical Prize of Japan Gas Association by development of medium pressure steel pipe interception construction method.
